Prior to establishing Clear Advantage, Mr. Arrigoni worked for 12 years as a successful window and door sale representative in the seacoast area of Maine and New Hampshire. By establishing solid on-going business relationships with local architects and contractors, the firm's sales grew from approx. 1 million to 17 million in annual sales per year. In his last 6 years, Scott's average personal sales volume was approximately 1.3 million, with a personal best of 1.9 million in the year 2000.
From making initial customer contacts to selling the product and providing after-sale follow ups to ensure satisfaction, Scott is an exceptionally competent salesperson. He consistently turns consulting and customer assistance into relationships that generate repeat sales on a high level. When Scott is not out promoting and running a first rate business, you can find him renovating his home and spending time with his family.

Prior to joining Scott in July 2013, Kate has working in the building industry since 2006. Kate’s family has always been active in the industry and she grew up surrounded by many different areas of the business. Kate’s attention to detail and eagerness to learn has made Clear Advantage Windows and Doors the perfect work environment.
In Kate’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Kate and the family can often be found outside taking advantage of the many activities the seacoast has to offer. From hiking to scuba diving and many activities in-between they always find a way to enjoy the outdoors.
